Wisconsin: Does the bell toll for Santorum?

Voting is underway in Wisconsin, and indications are that Romney is going to take the state (as well as MD & DC, also voting today).

If Santorum can surprise us, and win Wisconsin, he’ll still have a chance, albeit a long-shot.  But if he can’t this race is over.  We’re about to head into 3 long weeks until the next primaries.  And even though that date includes Santorum’s home state of Pennsylvania, it’s hard to see how he stays relevant in the meantime.

If Santorum is smart, and if he loses Wisconsin, he will “suspend” his campaign, whether officially or unofficially (a la Newt).
